This shop only creates t-shirts on-demand; we need a little time to print and dispatch your garment. I would advise a timescale of seven working days. The time is split-up in this way; two days to get the clothing, two days to print and pack-it, one for dispatch and two days for Royal Mail to deliver it to your door – seven working days. We can do it quicker, it is not always possible depending on the time of year and the availability of the stock. Please phone and ask if we can deliver it quickly, and will do what we can to help. You can change the Design
If you like this design but it is not quite right, we can change it for you by removing items or changing or adding more text. If it is a small charge there is no charge. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service. We understand that occasionally we all make a purchase that we aren’t 100% happy. We provide a full refund when you return any unused items, in a resalable condition and their original packaging within 14 days. Your refund will be processed once we receive the goods. We reserve the right to refuse a refund when the garment returned is not in a fully resalable condition. Undamaged and in their original packaging and with the labels intact.
This clause does not affect your statutory rights.
We endeavour to process your return request within 72 hours of receipt of it (not including weekends or Bank Holidays). You will receive an email confirmation of the refund. Please be aware it can take between 3-5 days for the money to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank/card issuer. For security reasons, we can only refund to the original card used or send out replacement items to the address used in your original order.

If you wish to cancel an order before it arrives, please contact our customer services team and have your order number to hand. We are unable to amend an order once dispatched.

Damaged goods or faulty
If the goods arrive damaged. Then you must contact our customer services team within 48 hours, and they will arrange a replacement or refund under your statutory rights. After that time we will be unable to offer a refund or replacement. If the problem/fault is the garment will be replaced. If the problem/fault is to be due to improper washing of the clothing, a charge may apply.
If your garment arrives damaged or in poor condition, take images of the damage and send these to our customer service team by email within 48 hours (not including weekend or Bank Holidays).
There are two ways to make a Return.
By Post – we recommend that you return the goods by registered Post and or proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for any parcels that go missing during the transit. Please return the garment to the address showing on the returns form which is on the link below. Please ensure you enter your order number to help us process your refund as quickly as possible.
In-store – most purchases can be returned to our office in Bute Street Cardiff ( How to find us ). If you wish to return goods to the office, please take a copy of your invoice. If you require a refund, this will be processed once the goods have returned. Please allow ten days for the money to be refunded to your card.
If you make a mistake with your personalised order, please contact us as soon as possible after purchase, and we’ll try our very best to amend it. However, on occasions, we aren’t able to make any changes, mainly if the item you’ve ordered has already gone into production.
Missing or incomplete orders
If your order hasn’t arrived or arrives incomplete, please contact us to report any issues within 48 hours with your order number.
